As a practical, interactive, and culturally sensitive Clinical Psychologist with a subspecialty in Marriage and Family Therapy, my treatment approach is to provide support and feedback through researched and evidenced based interventions i.e. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ACT, Mindfulness. Individuals and couples are welcome to my practice.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques, blending conventional and alternative psychotherapy models, to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them identify and build on their strengths, achieve resolve/clarity, and find balance in life. Therapy is a process. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you.
**Please ask me about therapy sessions online. Upon initial consultation, I will be able to determine if online access to mental health services is more practical and where an in-person visit is not feasible. This includes people for example who live in rural areas, people who are homebound (those with a disability, phobia, illness; new parents, or parents of special needs children) and people who suffer from shame-based issues or who may feel stigmatized by going to an office visit.
