As a practical, interactive, and culturally sensitive clinical psychologist with a subspecialty in marriage and family therapy, my treatment approach is to provide support and feedback through researched and evidenced based interventions. Individuals, couples, and/or families are welcome as a client.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques, blending conventional and alternative psychotherapy models, to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them identify and build on their strengths, achieve resolve, and find balance in life. Therapy is a process. Thank you for the opportunity to journey with you.
**Please ask me about therapy sessions online. Upon initial consultation, I will be able to determine if online access to mental health services is more practical and where an in-person visit is not feasible. This includes people for example who live in rural areas, people who are homebound (those with a disability, phobia, illness; new parents, or parents of special needs children) and people who suffer from shame-based issues or who may feel stigmatized by going to an office visit.
